What is Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Gong Bath

A Gong Bath Meditation is a unique and highly personal experience. The gong speaks to each one of us individually, meeting us wherever we are on our life journey. During the meditation, all levels of your being – physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual – will benefit from the deep, healing resonance of the gongs and other instruments.

Harmonic sound massage with tibetan bells

Sound massage with Tibetan bells is unique and is widely appreciated by those seeking not only physical but also spiritual well-being. Tibetan bells are instruments of mostly Mongolian origin consisting of various metals, precisely seven.
In addition to the sound itself, sound massage with Tibetan bells is unique because of the vibrations they emit. In fact, it is the vibrations that are the very elements that enable an individual to enter a waking sleep state, putting him or her in touch with his or her inner energy. Vibrations locate the inner energy, unlocking tension, anxiety, and bringing a situation of possible psycho-physical stress back to normal levels.

How the session will be held: One will lie on a couch or on a mat on the floor clothed and enter into deep relaxation by physically feeling the vibrations of the bells on or around the body. They may also be indicated to the practitioner if there are particular blockages and work with the vibrations on the affected parts.
